Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Customer satisfaction is Startlinglamour's slogan. We are bound to providing quality products to you. We know that there are times that you may want to return or replace a product. Kindly read the announcement below before proceeding to a return process.
We allow the returns if our customers receive wrong items with regard to quality, size, quantity, or number OR the product has got damaged Or the product you received has expired its usable date OR the product itself is different. We do not allow returns if the products were certainly fine but got destroyed by the customer. You are allowed to request refunds on certain conditions. You will get your cost back if you didn't get the package even after the expected date has crossed.
We will not welcome returns without any reason. Startlinglamour cannot take the blame of customer's mistakes like wrong or incomplete address. And lastly, delayed requests will not be furnished with a refund there is a time duration in which you can return the product.
Despite the above cases, you are required to contact our customer care unit so that your concern could be settled ASAP if it is valid. Once your return process is completed, the refunding would be regulated without lag. Kindly note that the credit card company takes a standard time of 10-15 days to reflect the refund amount. If it becomes more than this, the corresponding authorities would be liable and the matter is subject to talk.
Please understand that the amount you get back will not bear the shipping and handover charges but only the price of the product at the time of checkout.
We allow canceling the present order only when it has not dispatched from our depot at the time of your cancellation request or the first 24 hours of payment confirmation, whichever is appropriate. A product once canceled cannot be prepared again, you will have to make another fresh order.
